For your convenience, we accept several payment methods, including Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer financing options through CareCredit.

We are committed to providing the highest quality care at reasonable costs. Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have any questions about your account, please contact us. Often, a quick phone call can resolve any concerns.

Please be aware that you are responsible for all fees incurred at our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Insurance companies typically process claims within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect insurance payments within this timeframe, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after insurance payments are applied is your responsibility and prompt payment is appreciated. We can arrange monthly payment plans, but these must be set up before any procedures are performed.
